Sepia Celebrates Alsace Women in Wine

Chicago’s renowned Sepia will host an evening of sharing Alsace wine, stories and regionally-inspired cuisine prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Andrew Zimmerman.

Alsace women Laure Adam (Jean-Baptiste Adam), Anne Trimbach (Domaine Trimbach), Mélanie Pfister (Domaine Pfister) and Lucie Weber (Pierre Sparr) will lead a culinary experience with thoughtfully selected food and Alsace wine pairings.
